Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Growth Marketing Content Creator. The role involves conceptualizing and creating engaging content for various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, writing and designing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling skills
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
• Strong Research and Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Multimedia Content Design and Editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Effective Communication and Cross-team Collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in sustainability-focused or FMCG brands is a plus
