Job Summary:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive product marketing, engagement, lifecycle growth, and subscriber growth across Yoga Circle’s digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, CRM, user engagement, growth experimentation, and AI-enabled execution. The ideal candidate combines strong consumer marketing instincts with a deep understanding of user behavior, engagement funnels, and lifecycle communication. This role will own how users discover, experience, engage with, and build consistency on Yoga Circle — with WhatsApp as a core product and engagement channel. The role requires close collaboration across Product, Growth, Communication, Content, and Technology teams to improve activation, retention, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation and user-centric thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing & Consumer Growth
● Build product propositions, consumer hooks, and messaging frameworks
● Develop acquisition and engagement funnels to improve activation and conversion
● Understand user behavior, motivations, and wellness journeys
● Shape how Yoga Circle is positioned and experienced by users
● Experiment with messaging and engagement levers to improve growth outcomes
● Translate product experiences into compelling consumer narratives
2. Lifecycle Marketing & CRM
● Own lifecycle journeys across WhatsApp and CRM channels
● Optimize WhatsApp as the core engagement and delivery platform
● Build reminders, nudges, and engagement flows that improve consistency
● Drive onboarding, retention, reactivation, and conversion campaigns
● Experiment with messaging, timing, and segmentation strategies
● Strengthen ongoing user relationships through personalized communication
3. User Engagement & Feedback Loops
● Build systems that improve repeat usage and long-term engagement
● Create feedback loops that strengthen user trust and participation
● Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve product experience
● Work with product teams to incorporate user insights into decisions
● Measure engagement, satisfaction, and habit-formation effectiveness
● Support community and engagement initiatives across touchpoints
4. Revenue & Growth
● Drive achievement of the AOP revenue target
● Improve trial-to-paid conversion and lead quality
● Identify growth opportunities across the user lifecycle
● Collaborate with growth teams on acquisition and monetization initiatives
● Track funnel, engagement, and revenue performance metrics
5. Build with AI
● Use AI tools to improve marketing execution and operational efficiency
● Build AI-assisted workflows for CRM, content, and engagement operations
● Experiment with AI-driven personalization and communication strategies
● Identify automation opportunities across marketing and user journeys
● Stay updated on AI tools and emerging growth practices
Qualifications and skills:
● 10 years+ of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or consumer internet
businesses
● Strong understanding of consumer behavior, engagement funnels, onboarding journeys, and retention strategies
● Experience working on digital consumer products, subscription businesses, or engagement-led platforms
● Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp engagement journeys, and lifecycle communication systems
● Strong analytical and experimentation mindset with ability to optimize user behavior and engagement outcomes
● Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, product-focused environment
