What You Will Do

As a Marketing Manager, you will support the execution and measurement of marketing and business operations activities at a growing firm. This role will work closely with marketing and sales teams to manage and maintain data within HubSpot, including contact records, pipelines, dashboards, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy across contact lifecycles and campaigns. You will support the execution and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email programs and social media operations, and contribute to campaign measurement, reporting, and operational follow-ups. You will translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will help standardize and improve marketing and reporting workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes using available tools and AI-enabled solutions. You will also support website and digital marketing operations, including content updates, basic SEO tracking, and website performance analysis using Google Analytics. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve operational discipline, reporting consistency, and data-driven decision-making.

Education

• Required: MBA or PGDBM in Marketing
• Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field

Experience & Background

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in B2B marketing

CRM (HubSpot)

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot email marketing
• Ability to build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and KPI reports for marketing and sales performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across pipelines and campaigns

Marketing

• Developing and executing engaging product launch campaigns
• Support execution and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns
• Manage social media marketing operations
• Assist in campaign development, measurement, reporting, and operational follow-ups

Process Automation & AI Enablement

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and reporting workflows
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency in campaign execution, reporting, and internal processes
• Work with stakeholders to document, standardize, and improve operational workflows

Website & Digital Marketing Support

• Support website content updates and ongoing maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Figma
• Experience with Webflow is a must
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page basics and keyword tracking
• Experience with Google Analytics for website traffic and performance analysis

General Skills

• Strong communication skills
