You will play a critical part in driving the engagement, growth and success of Scapia’s travel product.Working closely with cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will drive travel awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep consumer insights & market understanding: Understand the customer deeply and be the face of all Consumer-led conversation for the Business unit.
• Driving growth: Own the end-to-end customer funnel view and performance to drive users, engagement & conversion for categories. Work with product, engineering, design &; other central teams to develop the long term plan on acquisition &; retention. Track performance of marketing efforts and keep learning, iterating & innovating to grow further.
• Merchandising strategy & execution: Work closely with travel categories to co-own in-app merchandising strategy
• Product thinking and solutioning – Unlock platform level opportunities through product that can drive business step-jumps.

What you’ll need:

• You would be expected to demonstrate deep customer centricity, strong analytical mindset, first principles thinking and sharp planning & execution capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing roles with a focus on product or category marketing
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results.
• Curiosity to hunt for insights through data & user listening & turning insights into

actionable growth ideas

• Good analytical abilities & logical reasoning skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Very strong bias to action
