Growth & Operations Assistant

I need a hands-on assistant to handle my digital outreach and content production. You will manage lead generation, automate our LinkedIn sales, and manage video content for our manufacturing business.

Your Daily Tasks

• Find Leads: Research procurement managers and owners at target companies using LinkedIn, Facebook, and online databases.
• Automate Outreach: Set up and manage LinkedIn automation tools (like Waalaxy/Apollo) to connect with these leads.
• Database Work: Keep an organized Google Sheet that tracks every lead, their contact info, and the status of our outreach.
• Create Video: Use AI video tools (like OpusClip or Descript) to turn our project footage into professional marketing clips.
• Write Emails: Draft professional outreach letters for government and embassy contacts.

What You Must Have

• Expertise in LinkedIn search and lead scraping.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, or similar).
• Ability to use AI video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail—you keep spreadsheets clean and error-free.
• Excellent English writing skills.
