What This Role Is

You will own the end-to-end LinkedIn outbound operation across multiple clients, from designing outreach experiments to booking meetings to attending calls and sending proposals. The metric you are accountable for is simple: meetings booked per month. This is not a creative or strategy role. It is an execution and operations role. You will follow proven systems, tighten them, and make them more reliable over time.

Your Responsibilities

• Design LinkedIn outreach experiments — KPIs, angles to test, and messaging sequences
• Craft hyper-personalized connection notes for prospect lists
• Send 30 connection requests daily with 150 personalized notes per week per client
• Send follow-up voice notes to prospects via LinkedIn
• Track connection acceptance and responses; maintain live dashboards on Google Sheets
• Book meetings once a prospect shows interest
• Attend client meetings and send proposals
• Manage all follow-up communication end-to-end via LinkedIn

What We Are Looking For

• Sales & Marketing Psychology (Non-Negotiable): The core of this role is writing personalized connection notes that get accepted and start conversations. To do that well, you must understand how people make decisions, what makes a stranger pay attention, and why certain messages convert while others get ignored. You should be able to read a prospect’s profile and immediately identify the right angle, pain, aspiration, curiosity, or relevance, and translate that into a 300-character note that feels human, not templated. If you have studied consumer behavior, persuasion, copywriting, or sales psychology, formally or on your own, this role is built for you.

• Written English (Crisp, Warm, Non-Generic): Every message you send represents a client’s personal brand. Your writing must be precise, professional, and personalized, never robotic, never vague.

• Structured & Disciplined Execution: You follow a process completely before suggesting changes. You track everything. You do not miss deadlines. Your work is consistent Monday through Saturday without being reminded.

• Comfort With Data & Dashboards: Google Sheets is your daily tool. You maintain trackers, spot patterns in acceptance and reply rates, and use data to recommend what to test next.

• Familiarity With LinkedIn as a Professional Tool: You understand how LinkedIn works, how profiles are read, how connection requests land, how the algorithm behaves. LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Operations specialization) or currently pursuing one, the analytical and business thinking from an MBA directly maps to what this role demands
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Economics, or any discipline that involved persuasion, research, or structured thinking
• Coursework or self-study in copywriting, consumer behavior, sales psychology, or behavioral economics
• Prior exposure to B2B sales, SDR/BDR functions, outreach campaigns, or lead generation, even in a college project, club, or internship context
• Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, or reports in any recurring capacity
• Certifications in HubSpot Sales, LinkedIn Marketing, or Google Analytics are a positive signal, not because of the certificate, but because of the intent behind earning it

Compensation

• ₹10,000/month fixed stipend
• ₹500 per meeting booked (performance incentive, no cap)
• Direct mentorship from the founder
• Letter of recommendation upon successful completion of 3 months

What Comes After

Based on your performance and alignment over 3 months, you may be offered a full-time role as a Founding Team Member (with ESOPs), Operations Head, or End-to-End Project Manager. This is not a formality, it is a real path for the right person.

• Full-time: Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST
• Duration: 3 months (starting 26 May 2026)
