Job Description

Join our team in Visakhapatnam, India, as a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping! You will be at the heart of our hospitality operation, taking ownership of guest rooms and creating memorable experiences through exceptional cleanliness and personalized service. • Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms to our established standards, ensuring attention to detail in every area
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their comfort and satisfaction
• Respect guest privacy and handle all belongings with care while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Organize and manage your workload efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and address any concerns
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements
• Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
• Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude and demonstrate empathy in all guest interactions
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and support team members when needed
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment by being reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement
