Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Hardware – Technical Support professional. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to clients, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of support interactions. The selected individual will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize support processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support skills, including diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues
• Analytical Skills to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and implement effective fixes
• Customer Support expertise with a focus on troubleshooting and delivering exceptional service
• Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction through professional and timely support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Familiarity with hardware systems, components, and configurations is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent) are a plus
