Head ASP Management Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

We are now looking for an ASP Manager, you will assure best value at procurement of ASP services in accordance to related scope. You will have all needed information on supplier base in rollout and field maintenance operations and will act on supplier performance issues. As a Leader, you will secure the correct contractual prices per agreed scope with the customer. You will ensure OHS competence and statutory compliance of supplier as well as drive the Statement of Work (SoW) and Price models. You will be a part of supplier evaluation, selection, and important metric requirements. You will build and drive ASP forecasting and ASP Operational Governance Framework. ASP in this document refers to ASP/SP/FSO.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring accountability and performance through structured governance, audits, and KPIs tracking. Carrying out trend analysis to drive improvement.
• Presales engagement, ASP scope validation, and drive the ASP’s technical evaluation and onboarding.
• Ensure contractual compliance, quality delivery, and EHS adherence by all ASPs. Driving best practice and continual improvement.
• Manage escalations and vendors’ disputes in alignment with contractual terms, involving and escalating to Sourcing.
• Optimize vendor engagement to improve cost efficiency and adapt business needs.
• Drive supplier maturity assessments, workshops, and training sessions together with Sourcing and service line team interfaces.
• Develop and maintain sourcing activities
• Coach and drive the onboarding of ASPs as per delivery requirement as per project.
• Plan and maintain quality assurance performance in OHS
• You will be responsible for managing and controlling ASP quality and budget. Drive major corrective actions plans with ASPs. Tracking actions to closure.
• Apply service delivery process and models.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Min years of experience: 10 – 12 years relevant experience in Ran deployment and ASP management
• Domain experience: RAN and Microwave
• Excellent financial acumen and experience
• Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
• You possess OHS knowledge and skills
• Support with building and formulating strategies and concepts
