• Culinary Cousins is a multi-brand cloud kitchen based in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad.
• We run four brands out of one kitchen:
– Patty’s — burgers
– Kebaap — kebabs
– Dyte Byte — healthy food
– The Borough Cafe — our umbrella brand that brings them all together
About the role
• We’re looking for a Head Chef to take charge of our entire kitchen operation across all four brands.
• It’s a hands-on leadership role where you own the kitchen end to end, from what comes through the back door to what goes out to the customer.
• If you’ve worked across different kinds of menus and know how to run a busy cloud kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
• Run daily kitchen operations across all four brands, keeping quality, consistency, food safety and speed on point.
• Handle procurement — sourcing, vendor relationships and inventory — with a close eye on food cost and wastage.
• Hire, train and develop the kitchen team.
• Build and manage staff rosters that match demand and keep the kitchen well covered without overspending on labour.
• Maintain recipe standards and portioning across burgers, kebabs, healthy plates and cafe items.
What we’re looking for
• Solid experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role, ideally across more than one vertical (burgers/QSR, kebabs/grills, healthy food).
• Real experience running a cloud kitchen and managing a multi-brand setup from a shared space.
• Good working knowledge of kitchen software — order and KOT systems, inventory and procurement tools, delivery aggregator dashboards and rostering platforms.
• A strong sense for food cost, margins and wastage, and the discipline to keep them under control.
• Good people skills — able to lead, train and hold on to a team.
• A calm head when things get busy and several brands are firing at once.
