Position: Head – HR & Admin

Location: Visakhapatnam

Salary: 80,000/- to 1,00,000/- per month

Education & Experience:

• MBA (HR) graduation is required.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in all Administration & HR Operations.
• Good Verbal & Written Communication skills are mandatory.
• Supervise facilities management, office operations, and general administrative functions.
• Oversee administrative processes, including vendor management, expenses, and office infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Planning – Manage manpower planning, hiring, employee onboarding, and workforce allocation as per business needs.
• Employee Relations, Engagement & Performance Management – Build a positive work culture through employee engagement, grievance handling, appraisals, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Payroll, Compensation, Benefits & HR Compliance – Oversee payroll processing, attendance, compensation structures, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Training, Development & Policy Implementation – Organize employee training programs, leadership development, and ensure proper implementation of HR and administrative policies.
• Office Administration, Facility & Vendor Management – Ensure smooth office operations by managing facilities, housekeeping, security, travel, office assets, and vendor coordination.
• Documentation, MIS Reporting & Operational Support – Maintain employee records, contracts, statutory documentation, reports, and provide administrative support for overall business operations.
