Head International Business Finance Partner Full Time

About the Role:

Ensure financial controls in all international business divisions of KOEL B2B. Responsible for monthly reporting against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for international business. Working to ensure compliances – Financial and otherwise, for all such international operations. Working for strategic decision making as to Path to Market for setting up new entities for various geographies. Building relationship with business stakeholders and collaborate to deliver analysis and other important business insights to enable effective business partnership with required financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic: Organizational design for specific geography(ies) to meet business growth requirement with best suited structure. Work towards creating best financial controls and compliance framework as required for that country. Support in preparing the Strategic and Operating Plans for each geography / entity.Ensure most commercially effective (incl taxes) and compliant transaction structure
• Financial: Business Partnership including meeting analytical reporting requirements. Matrix reporting i.e reporting for that entity and reporting matrix PL to Global Business Segment leaders. Control for entities at each location including Cash Forecast and planning .Active participation and collaboration for fund arrangement for these entities, if required .Ensuring proper Financial and other controls at each such entities .Ensuring compliance with local GAAPs and IndAS .Active participation in tax matters including Arm’s Length evaluation for related party transactions. Evaluation of projects, capex etc from IRR and other strategic purposes.
• People: Work closely with the B2B CFO, Business Leaders, Strategy team to deliver objectives and work closely with team and people related priorities on Talent management, Training, Development and Engagement

Desired Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance, Knowledge about taxes
• Upto 15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing concern
• Business Partnership for International growth Compliance and Policy framework for each Geography exposure is a must
