Role Summary
Head – MarTech will be responsible for establishing and scaling the Bank’s enterprise Marketing Technology ecosystem. This is a build-and-operate leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to enable personalised, data-led customer engagement at scale within a regulated BFSI environment.
The role requires deep understanding of consumer marketing technologies, data-driven marketing, and platform integrations, along with the ability to partner effectively across Marketing, Data, Product, IT, Risk, and Governance teams.
