Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Contact Center. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the overall operations of the contact center, implementing effective workforce management strategies, supervising team performance, and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and experience. The Head of Contact Center will develop processes to enhance customer service delivery, analyze metrics to monitor center efficiency, and lead teams to resolve complex issues while ensuring a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Contact Center Management and Workforce Management to ensure operational efficiency and strategic workforce planning
• Strong experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to drive a positive impact on overall client relationships and stakeholder trust
• Exceptional knowledge and skills in Customer Service focused on exceeding customer expectations and providing top-tier support
• Ability to develop, mentor, and lead teams while driving a culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement
• Proven track record in aligning goals with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
