Head of Content & Learning Operation Full Time NEW

We are looking for a strong operator and leader to own and scale our Content & Learning Operations function in Gandhinagar (GNR), Gujarat.

This role will lead the end-to-end content production engine across certifications, courses, learning pathways, exams, partner-ready content, platform learning, and AI-enabled content systems.

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Mode: Hybrid / On-site preferred

Key Responsibilities

Own content roadmap, prioritization, and execution across programs.

Manage content, curriculum, exams, QA, and localization workflows.

Drive speed, cost efficiency, and quality across content production.

Build and manage capacity planning, hiring, and team structure.

Establish standardized processes for intake, delivery, and reporting.

Work closely with product, sales, delivery, and platform teams.

Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, QA, and lifecycle management.

Ideal Candidate

8+ years in learning, EdTech, content operations, training, or certification.

Proven experience managing teams and delivering content at scale.

Exposure to LMS, courseware, certification, or digital learning platforms.

Strong execution mindset with ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Comfortable working with AI-driven content tools and automation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
