We’re looking for a Lead Copywriter who can bring strategic thinking + strong writing + creative leadership together—someone who can shape brand voice, crack campaigns, guide writers, and create work that performs across digital platforms.
What you’ll do
Lead copy and concept development across digital campaigns, brand launches and performance marketing creatives
Write compelling copy for:
Google & Meta ad campaigns
Social media creatives & campaign ideas
Website and landing page copy
Brand films / video scripts
Emailers, blogs, brochures & sales collaterals
PR and integrated campaign messaging
Build and maintain brand tonality for multiple clients across industries
Work closely with Account Managers, Designers, Paid Media and Strategy teams to develop integrated campaign ideas
Turn client briefs into sharp creative directions and high-performing content
Review and mentor copywriters / junior creatives on messaging and quality
Present campaign concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients
Ensure copy aligns with both creative storytelling + measurable business goals
Stay updated on platform trends, consumer behavior, AI tools and evolving digital content formats
What we’re looking for
4–7 years of copywriting experience in an agency / digital / creative environment
Strong portfolio across brand + digital + performance copy
Excellent command over English copywriting and storytelling
Ability to switch between brand-led communication and conversion-focused writing
Experience handling multiple brands at the same time
Strong campaign ideation and conceptual thinking
Comfortable collaborating with design and performance marketing teams
Experience mentoring junior writers or leading creative output
Understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages etc.)
Familiarity with AI-assisted content / creative workflows is a plus
