Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand growth and performance marketing for a fast-scaling skin/haircare brand. This role requires a strong blend of brand storytelling + performance-driven execution, with a deep understanding of the beauty and personal care consumer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the overall marketing roadmap aligned with business goals

Lead cross-functional teams across brand, digital, content, and growth

Build scalable marketing processes for long-term growth

2. Performance Marketing (Core Focus)

Own and drive ROI-led campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms

Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV through data-driven strategies

Scale paid media campaigns while maintaining profitability

3. Brand Building & Positioning

Develop strong brand identity and positioning in a competitive beauty market

Drive campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives

Ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints

4. Growth & D2C Funnel Optimization

Improve conversion rates across website and marketplaces

Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle marketing strategies

Work closely with product and sales teams for revenue growth

5. Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team

Collaborate with founders, agencies, and external partners

Manage budgets and allocate spends effectively

Key Requirements

8+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to skincare/haircare/personal care brands

Proven track record in performance marketing & scaling D2C brands

Deep understanding of consumer behavior in beauty & wellness space

Experience managing high-budget campaigns and large teams

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on approach to growth metrics

Preferred Background

Experience with D2C brands or high-growth startups

Prior work with influencer marketing & content-led growth
