Position Overview: This position heads all over the assigned Engineering organization, leads all related management and staff, defines and sets Engineering strategy, policies and guidelines in accordance to the overall strategic targets.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

Heads functional organization assigned, leads, motivates and develops all related management, professional and operational staff.

Defines function related strategies, policies and guidelines for the Engineering organization.

Executes governance within the Engineering organization.

Acts as ultimate point of escalation for decisions in the Engineering organization for strategically relevant or critical cases.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the energy sector, particularly on or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Skills:

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with SEIL policies and procedures is an advantage.
