Head of Infrastructure, Managed Services & Information Security Full Time

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Head of Infrastructure, Managed Services & Information Security to own our internal IT ecosystem, lead our ISO 27001 certification, and champion our Managed Services business unit.

In this unique role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business growth. Beyond maintaining our multi-tenant cloud environments and strict compliance, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients—helping scope, deploy, and manage our software hosted on their behalf. You will be instrumental in defining SLA frameworks, building client trust during sales cycles, and turning our infrastructure capabilities into a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managed Services & Client-Facing Business Operations (35%)

• Service Delivery & SLAs: Design, launch, and operate our Managed Services offering for BFSI clients. Define, measure, and strictly maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), uptime, and system performance metrics.
• Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: Partner with the sales/business development team to pitch Managed Services to prospective clients. Explain complex architectural, security, and hosting models to enterprise bank stakeholders.
• Technical Account Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Managed Services clients, managing onboarding, technical escalations, and routine infrastructure reviews.

2. Infrastructure, Git Versioning & Release Management (35%)

• Multi-Client Git Architecture: Maintain and optimize our GitHub setup. Manage complex branching strategies and release versions across divergent, client-specific codebases to ensure seamless, isolated deployments.
• Cloud Operations: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments ensuring absolute tenant isolation, high availability, and scalability for our hosted clients.
• Disaster Recovery (DR): Design, implement, and routinely test robust backup and DR strategies tailored to institutional banking standards (RTO/RPO objectives).

3. ISO 27001 Compliance & IT Asset Management (30%)

• ISO 27001 Certification: Drive the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) to secure ISO 27001 certification.
• Client Trust & Audits: Defend our security posture during rigorous enterprise bank audits, third-party risk assessments (TPRM), and VAPT remediation.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM): Maintain an airtight hardware/software asset register, ensuring all corporate endpoints, software licenses, and cloud assets are accounted for, secure, and fully compliant with ISO clauses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Production Support, with at least 1+ years in a client-facing, consulting, or managed services (MSP) delivery role.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of managed services business models, profitability, scope management, and standard IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) frameworks.
• Advanced Git & Release Engineering: Proven ability to manage complex GitHub workflows and automate deployments across varied, client-specific software versions.
• Cloud & Security Expertise: Hands-on proficiency in AWS/Azure networking and security controls. Proven experience driving an ISO 27001 certification process.
• Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence needed to negotiate SLAs and security terms with Bank CIOs and Chief Risk Officers (CROs).
