Candidate ProfileMandatory Requirements

• 8–15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ERP platforms including:
• SAP
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Oracle NetSuite
• Retail & Jewellery ERP Solutions
• Define and manage ERP architecture covering:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Finance & Accounting
• HR & Payroll
• CRM
• Point of Sale (POS)
• E-commerce Integrations
• Drive phased ERP rollouts across multiple locations with minimal operational disruption.
• Establish ERP governance frameworks, user access controls, audit compliance, and master data management practices.
• Oversee data migration and process transformation from legacy systems.

Retail Technology & POS Management

• Standardize POS infrastructure across all retail outlets.
• Ensure seamless integration between POS and ERP platforms.
• Enable:
• Real-time inventory synchronization
• Barcode billing and product tracking
• Automated pricing and rate updates
• Live reporting and transaction reconciliation
• Maintain high availability and operational reliability of retail systems.

E-Commerce & Omnichannel Integration

• Lead integration between ERP, POS, CRM, logistics, and digital commerce platforms.
• Manage integrations with:

• Headless Commerce Platforms
• Ensure unified inventory visibility across online and offline channels.
• Oversee integrations for:

IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Governance

• Manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including:
• Networking
• Servers & Data Centers

• CCTV Systems

• Retail Hardware & Devices
• Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks and information security policies.
• Ensure compliance with:
• PCI-DSS
• Data Protection Regulations

• Evaluate and implement cloud-first and hybrid infrastructure strategies.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
