Head of IT & SAP- AGM/ DGM Full Time

We are looking for the Head of Information Technology (HOD IT) to lead the organizations IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementation, infrastructure management, cybersecurity and manufacturing technology operations across the auto component manufacturing business. The role is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency, production continuity, system security and organizational growth.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organizations IT strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead and manage SAP/ERP implementation projects, particularly for MM, PP and PM modules.
• Manage ERP systems, MES, SAP/Oracle applications and manufacturing automation systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for technical support and project execution.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Create, monitor, and manage detailed project plans with stakeholder alignment across departments.
• Proactively identify project risks/issues and drive mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Present project status updates, escalation points, and mitigation plans to management/steering committees.
• Ensure smooth operation of servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure across locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA in IT/Systems preferred.
• 12–18 years of experience in IT management within the manufacturing or auto component industry.
• Strong experience in SAP/ERP implementation and manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP MM, PP, and PM modules.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, and plant-level IT operations.
• Experience managing multi-location IT infrastructure and teams.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, SAP, or Cloud Certifications are advantageous.
