Are you a strategic marketing professional with a proven track record of driving growth, building brand visibility, and generating demand in the IT Services industry?

At TESCRA India, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead impactful marketing initiatives that support our expanding IT Services & Solutions business and strengthen our presence across the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem.

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site)

💼 Experience: 10+ Years

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals

🔹 Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, social media, email, and events

🔹 Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth

🔹 Partner with sales teams to create high-impact demand generation programs

🔹 Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI

🔹 Build strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

✔ Proven experience in IT Services marketing

✔ Experience marketing to or working within Global Capability Centers (GCCs)

✔ Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, and Social Media

✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

➕ Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms

➕ Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems

➕ Event marketing and brand-building experience
