Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Materials to lead and oversee material development, procurement, and management strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur. Responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, developing and sourcing materials, control inventory evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will refine existing processes, ensure resource efficiency, and play a pivotal role in innovation efforts across all material-related domains.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Material management, Material Engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Strong skills in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Relations, and Procurement Processes.
• Excellent leadership abilities, including Team Management, Strategic Planning, and Collaboration.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Process Optimization.
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and industry standards related to materials.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience with ERP systems, AI and material data management is a plus.
