Role Summary
We are hiring a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to manage and optimize the entire backend engine of our D2C business.
You will be responsible for:
* Inventory planning
* Warehouse operations
* Order fulfillment
* Logistics cost & efficiency
* Reducing returns and operational leakage

* Inventory (inbound → storage → outbound)
* Warehouse efficiency

Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Planning & Control
* Maintain optimal stock levels (avoid OOS + dead stock)
* Forecast demand based on sales data
* Work with procurement/vendors

2. Warehouse Operations
* Improve picking, packing, dispatch efficiency
* Reduce order processing time
* Implement SOPs and audits
⸻
3. Logistics Optimization
* Manage courier partners (Shiprocket, etc.)
* Reduce RTO and delivery delays
* Optimize shipping cost per order

4. Returns & Refund Control
* Analyze return reasons
* Reduce return %
* Improve product quality & packaging coordination
⸻
5. Cost & Margin Control
* Track fulfillment cost per order
* Improve contribution margin via ops efficiency
* Identify leakages and fix them

6. Data & Reporting
Track and report:
* Inventory turnover
* Stock aging
* Order fulfillment time
* RTO %
* Return %
* Cost per shipment

What We’re Looking For
* 4–10 years experience in E-commerce operations
* Strong experience with:
* Inventory management
* Warehouse systems
* Logistics partners
* Data-driven and process-oriented
* Hands-on execution mindset

* Strong understanding of inventory + fulfillment
* Ability to reduce costs and improve speed
