Your responsibilities

The role heads the OEM Execution Center for Region India (RIN) to define partner strategies, ensure reliable supply, optimize total cost, and deliver high-quality products aligned with business growth objectives as per VCP 2.0, including local for local initiatives

• Define and implement partner sourcing strategy in alignment with Global Head of Partner Sourcing OEM.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize TCO and ensure supply security.
• Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem including onboarding, performance management, and risk mitigation.
• Drive NPI execution includes cost targets, quality gates, and launch readiness.
• Ensure supplier quality meets BSH standards (TCR). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including GOM, Marketing, Engineering and Quality.

Your profile

• Strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation TCO modelling and cost optimization Project and program management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
