Head of Sales Operations Full Time

About the role:

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of business and experience delivery for House of Curefit brands in your city. You’ll set operational policies, manage budgets, and lead your team while focusing on strategic goals like scale, market share, profitability, and customer experience. Your ability to understand the local market, drive data-driven decisions, and inspire your team will be crucial for success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● The role is responsible for end to end ownership of Business and Experience delivery for the House of Curefit brands in a City.

● The role will ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and working with other key stakeholders.

● Understanding the core market nuances, supply constraints, team setup and dynamics are a key for the role.

● This role will be responsible for the overall management and profitability for the city, from aspirations to delivery.

● Key KPIs being : Scale, Market-share, Profitability and Customer experience.

Core Skills:

● P&L understanding and delivery – Understanding and controlling the revenue and cost elements to deliver topline and bottom line for the portfolio

● Data driven decision making – This role will require ability to choose what investments to be made – when and where; backed by data

● Process orientation – Building things for scale would need a strong process orientation to ensure seamless delivery

● Customer understanding and focus – Understanding the core customer being serviced to tailor global solutions for the city will be key to success

● Leadership and people management – Strong connect with frontline staff, ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliver

● Retail cluster understanding – Understanding core areas and focus points within the city for building supply footprint

● Passion for Fitness and health – Strong inclination and being a proponent for healthy and active living

● Being hands on – Travel, Comfort to spend considerable time on ground where product is consumed and valued.
