Role Description

The Head of Service is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This role involves overseeing service delivery operations, managing service teams, and ensuring high-quality execution of SITC jobs and maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include planning and managing budgets, leading service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency. The selected candidate will also develop strategies to improve service processes and lead efforts to enhance client satisfaction.

• Experience in Service Delivery to ensure operational excellence
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Operations Management for efficient resource allocation
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in the electrical or energy industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering
