About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Technology Delivery & Product Engineering to lead enterprise technology initiatives, product engineering programs, business automation solutions, and large-scale delivery portfolios. The role requires a strategic technology leader with strong experience in Product Development, Enterprise Applications, Business Workflows, Digital Transformation, SaaS Platforms, Program Delivery, and Global Stakeholder Management.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading large engineering teams, managing enterprise products, driving automation initiatives, and delivering complex multi-domain technology programs globally.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Product Leadership

·        Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth strategy.

·        Lead development and delivery of enterprise products, SaaS platforms, workflow systems, and digital solutions.

·        Drive business automation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies, AI/ML, analytics, and process optimization.

·        Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and support.

Program & Delivery Management

·        Manage large-scale programs, portfolios, and technology engagements across global clients.

·        Ensure successful delivery covering scope, budget, timeline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.

·        Govern Agile and SDLC execution models across cross-functional delivery teams.

·        Handle escalations, program reviews, release planning, and delivery governance.

Enterprise Solutions & Digital Transformation

• Lead implementation of:

o   Workflow Management Systems

o   Content Management Platforms

o   Business Automation Solutions

o   Data Engineering & Analytics Initiatives

o   Cloud & SaaS Products

o   Enterprise Integration Programs

• Drive transformation initiatives involving Azure ecosystems, automation technologies, AI/ML, and analytics.

Leadership & People Management

·        Build and mentor high-performing teams including:

o   UX/UI Teams

o   Business Analysts

• Lead distributed and global teams across onsite-offshore models.

·        Global onsite experience and customer-facing leadership preferred.
