Key Responsibilities
Serve as overall programme head for concurrent real estate and infrastructure projects.
Structure, plan, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Oversee mixed-use development execution within large-scale townships, ensuring coordination between core infrastructure, real estate, and utility assets.
Manage phased development and inter-project dependencies.
Lead coordination between architects, master planners, PMCs, design consultants, EPC contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Drive regular project reviews, governance forums, and issue escalation as needed.
Oversee project budgets, cost planning, and cash flow; review BOQs, contractor claims, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, safety norms, and statutory requirements; monitor risk registers and regulatory adherence.
Build and lead multidisciplinary project management teams, establish project controls, reporting cadence, and drive accountability across all participants.
Qualifications
18–25+ years in large real estate and infrastructure development, with proven experience managing multiple townships or mixed-use projects.
Strong exposure to integrated townships or infrastructure-led real estate.
Experience coordinating complex assets such as stadiums, roads, and utilities highly desirable.
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management required; MBA/Master’s or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.
Strong project governance, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and ability to manage scale and complexity.
