Job Title: Project Management Head – EHV Substations (Up to 765 KV)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Preferred: Electrical Engineering)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Project Management activities for EHV Substation projects up to 765 KV across PAN India. The role involves end-to-end project execution, operational excellence, working capital management, safety & quality adherence, process improvements, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead project planning, execution, and site management for EHV Substations up to 765 KV across India.
• Ensure timely completion of projects both operationally and financially as per planned timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Coordinate with clients for timely approvals and smooth project execution.

Working Capital Management

• Drive improvements in working capital through efficient collection, inventory management, and project progress tracking.
• Ensure timely project billing (Supply & Erection) to achieve planned revenue targets.
• Monitor and control operational costs to maintain project profitability.

Safety & Quality

• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites with a target of zero accidents/incidents.
• Implement robust quality processes and field improvement initiatives.
• Benchmark key processes and drive continuous quality enhancements.

Productivity & Process Improvement

• Implement TOC-based project management processes and robust monitoring systems.
• Strengthen billing, RA billing, and cost booking systems through SOPs and review mechanisms.
• Conduct training and development initiatives for project teams.

Organizational Initiatives

• Drive Kaizen initiatives and productivity improvement programs across projects.
• Support PMO projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor team members for long-term growth.
• Track key business metrics under Enterprise Risk Management.
• Ensure operational excellence through CII Business Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal processes.
