Position: HEADMISTRESS [Junior Wing]
Salary: upto 75K PM
[Candidate should be strong in Pre Primary & Primary Academics]
(Position is for Pre Primary to Grade II)
Responsibilities:
To handle Junior Wing independently.
- To lead the junior wing operations in line with the vision & mission
- Day to day school administration and Driving the schools vision amongst the staff, students, parents and community
- Time Table management, PTM Handling, Curriculum Development
- Leading and developing Teachers through continuous training and feedback
- Appropriate and exact delegation of responsibilities
- Coordinating with the admin team for organizing events, programs etc.
- Interacting with parents, guardians, as and when required
- Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school
- Providing timely feedback to the Principal & Management in terms of scope of improvement
Key Skills:
Graduation & B.Ed.
Strong in Academics.
- Min. 6 – 7 years of work experience as PRT Teacher with minimum 7-8 years of work experience as Junior Wing Headmistress/Vice Principal from any reputed & established CBSE/IB School.
- Dynamic Personality and Soft Spoken
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill
- High Leadership & People Management skills
- Motivated, self-driven and experienced to lead the school forward.
