Role Description
The Healthcare & Corporate Partnerships Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area.
This is a high-ownership, growth-focused role at the core of Omsorg’s Pan-India expansion strategy, offering direct exposure to the Founder & leadership team.
You will work closely with:
* Hospitals, discharge coordinators, and doctors
* Clinics, rehab centres, and diagnostic networks
* Corporates, HR teams, insurers, and institutional partners
Key responsibilities:
* Build and scale healthcare partnerships for patient referrals
* Develop corporate partnerships for employee elder care programs and family support solutions
* Create and manage long-term referral pipelines across both segments
* Identify and drive city and regional expansion opportunities
* Structure partnership models (referrals, packages, programs)
* Track, analyse, and optimise performance across all partnerships
* Act as the bridge between partners and Omsorg’s care ecosystem

Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare partnerships, corporate partnerships, or B2B business development
* Strong ability to engage with clinical stakeholders and corporate decision-makers (HR, admin, insurers)
* Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Analytical mindset with performance tracking capability
* Understanding of patient and family care journeys is a strong advantage
