Role Overview:
We are hiring a Bynder Administrator to manage and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role focuses on asset governance, metadata structuring, workflow automation, and seamless integrations to ensure efficient content lifecycle management and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain Bynder DAM platform
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access governance
• Define and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomy, and tagging standards
• Oversee digital asset lifecycle: ingestion, approval workflows, versioning, archival
• Configure workflows for asset approvals, publishing, and collaboration
• Integrate Bynder with CMS and enterprise tools via REST APIs
• Monitor platform usage, performance, and optimize DAM processes
• Drive adoption and provide support/training to stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Bynder DAM (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in metadata modeling, taxonomy, and asset governance
• Experience in workflow configuration and permission models
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AEM Assets, Aprimo, or other DAM tools
• Basic scripting/automation (JavaScript/Python preferred)
• Understanding of marketing content lifecycle and workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong DAM architecture and governance experience
• Experience working with marketing, content, and tech teams
• Ability to optimize asset discoverability and platform usage

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 – ₹2,100,000.00 per year
