About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and scale our operations in the hygiene and personal care segment. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge in sanitary products, diapers, or related FMCG categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations, including P&L management
- Drive growth strategy, market expansion, and brand positioning
- Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality compliance
- Collaborate with R&D for product innovation (e.g., antimicrobial, sustainable materials)
- Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams
- Strengthen distribution networks and sales channels
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, FDA, CE, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience in the hygiene / personal care industry
- Strong background in sanitary pads, diapers, or healthcare products
- Expertise in operations, sales, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to scale businesses in competitive markets
