Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a JAVA with DSA Trainer located in Panipat. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging sessions on JAVA programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting course content, mentoring learners, customizing training materials, assessing student progress, and staying updated on enhancements in the field. The trainer will also work closely with participants to ensure clarity and practical applications of the concepts covered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Core and Advanced JAVA programming
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
• Prior experience in technical training or teaching roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to create and customize course materials and tailor training to different learning paces
• Passion for teaching and guiding learners to achieve technical competence
• Experience with live coding sessions and real-world project examples is an advantage
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in JAVA and DSA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
