Salary
- 15,000 take-home per month
Job Role
- Call and follow up on leads regularly shared by the company
- Support in business growth and expansion of the franchise network
- Coordinate with and assist existing franchise partners
- Maintain proper lead follow-up and status updates
- Share a daily work plan and end-of-day work report with defined calling numbers and outcomes
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements
- Own Laptop/Desktop
- Stable Wi-Fi connection
- Spare handset to use the official SIM for work calls
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
Additional Points
- Occasional state travel may be required for business needs; company travel arrangements will be provided
- Initial performance, consistency, and productivity will be monitored for the first 3 months
