Key Responsibilities: – Plan, execute, and monitor rooftop solar projects from inception to completion. – Conduct site surveys and coordinate technical assessments. – Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. – Coordinate with clients, vendors, government authorities, and installation teams. – Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines. – Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports. – Support net metering, subsidy, and approval processes. Requirements: – Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. – 2–5 years of experience in solar rooftop project management. – Strong knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and solar regulations. – Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. – Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. – Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
