Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital HR Executive, based in Lucknow. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. The role involves creating, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the hospital.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Strong skills in HR Operations and the development and implementation of HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector, NABH, is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
