Job Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international hotel bookings
• Coordinate with clients for travel requirements and confirmations
• Provide best hotel options as per client budget and preferences
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain proper booking records and client communication
• Coordinate with hotel partners and suppliers for smooth operations
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries via call, email, and WhatsApp

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Basic knowledge of hotel booking portals and travel industry
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic computer and email handling knowledge
• Prior experience in travel/hotel booking will be preferred
