We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ 9 rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Team Coordinator to remotely oversee daily on-site operations at Antheia and maintain the brand standards.
Job Location: Remote/WFH
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with on-site teams (Operations, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Garden, Security) and Finance team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
2. Monitor guest experience and service quality via live updates, feedback and team reports.
3. Track task completion, staff responsiveness and SOP design & execution on a daily basis.
4. Step in remotely when any support is required.
5. Maintain daily records of operations, operational gaps, incidents and performance data to aid senior management decision-making.
6. Maintain brand standards by training teams to ensure high quality service.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Strong verbal & written communication skills
2. Well-versed with Google Sheets
3. A keen eye for detail and process adherence
4. Problem-solving mindset & the ability to work independently
5.Organized, proactive & capable of handling crisis situation
Who can apply: Candidates with strong hotel/resort operations knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing hotel or resort operations.Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality
Experience In Years 3 to 7 years
Industry Experience: Hotel Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Syarting Pay (Monthly): Rs.25,000
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
