Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Admin Executive who can efficiently manage HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth employee and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
• Handle travel arrangements, including flight and train ticket bookings for employees.
• Coordinate and arrange guest house and accommodation bookings for employees and clients.
• Manage vendor coordination and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Prepare HR-related letters, employee documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Support induction programs and employee coordination activities.
• Manage office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfill operational and administrative requirements.
• Maintain employee databases, personnel files, and HR records.
• Address employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
