Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle day-to-day billing and invoice entries accurately within internal systems.
- Maintain and update operational MIS reports, trackers, and databases.
- Ensure proper documentation and organized record management processes.
- Coordinate regularly with the Accounts team for billing follow-ups and reconciliation activities.
- Support administrative and operational activities across teams.
- Track and organize vendor bills, payment records, and related operational documents.
- Assist HR and Operations teams with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across reports and internal systems.
