HR and Admin Executive Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR and Admin Executive role based in Mumbai. The HR and Admin Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating attendance and leave management, and supporting payroll-related documentation. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters in a professional, confidential manner. The position will also support administrative activities such as office coordination, vendor management, basic facilities oversight, and organizing meetings or company events. The HR and Admin Executive will collaborate with leadership and team members to foster a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process implementation.
• Demonstrated competence in Employee Relations, with skills in communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
• Ability to manage general administration tasks, vendor coordination, and office operations in a structured and organized manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
