We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations, employee coordination, recruitment, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
2.Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
3.Coordinate employee communication and office administration
4.Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
5.Handle payroll coordination and employee support activities
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2.Good communication and organizational skills
3.Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes
4.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
5.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
