Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist HR business partners in day-to-day employee lifecycle management
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Support employee grievance handling and query resolution
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
