The selected candidate will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities – Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for overseas job opportunities. – Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients. – Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. – Follow up with candidates regarding documentation and recruitment processes. – Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates. – Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment activities. – Handle candidate inquiries and provide timely updates. – Assist in job posting on various recruitment platforms and social media channels. – Support general HR and administrative activities as required. – Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
