HR – Capacity Building Specialist
APARC (Atharva Planning and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Daman, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement capacity building and training programmes
Assess skill gaps and workforce requirements
Coordinate trainings, workshops, and onboarding activities
Support recruitment and HR operations
Develop competency and performance monitoring frameworks
Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders
Eligibility : Postgraduate in HR, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields
7–10 years of experience in HR, capacity building, or organizational development
Experience with Government Projects/PIUs preferred
Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
Knowledge of labour laws and HR policies preferred
Preferred : Experience in development sector or institutional strengthening projects
Familiarity with HR software and MIS tools
