Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, coordination with candidates, and supporting HR operations. This role is fully onsite and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and ATS records
• Manage offer rollout and follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding and documentation process
• Support day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT/Staffing preferred)

Work Mode: Onsite (Noida Sector 63)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
