Hiring: HR Intern (Entry Level)
SkillzenLoop is seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain practical experience in human resources, recruitment, and talent management while building a strong foundation in HR operations and professional communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening processes
Support interview scheduling and coordination
Help maintain candidate databases and HR records
Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
Support HR documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Work on job postings and applicant communication
Collaborate on real-world HR and recruitment projects
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and students are welcome
Basic understanding of Human Resources or Recruitment processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
People-oriented mindset with professionalism
Willingness to learn HR operations and talent acquisition

Duration: Flexible
Stipend: ₹13,000/month
