Job Title: HR Intern Operations(Graduates only )
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities. The intern will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, organizing engagement programs, and supporting daily HR administrative functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, communication, coordination, and workplace culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Maintain employee database and HR records.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Coordinate with employees for documentation and HR compliance.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS updates.
Help in maintaining employee files and confidential records.
Support payroll input collection and verification.
Handle HR administrative activities and employee queries.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate team events, celebrations, and fun activities.
Support employee wellness and recognition initiatives.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and collect responses.
Create engagement posters, emails, and internal communication content.
Help improve employee participation and workplace culture.
Coordinate birthday celebrations, festival events, and team-building activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Creative thinking for employee engagement activities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, or related field.
Freshers and students are eligible.
Prior internship experience in HR is an added advantage.

Good time management and multitasking ability.
Energetic and people-oriented personality.
